Recipe Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz/250 g flour,
  • 5 oz/150 g butter,
  • 7 oz/200 g powdered sugar|confectioner's sugar,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 1/4 cup wine,
  • 1/4 cup rum,
  • vanilla,
  • vanilla flavored powdered sugar|confectioner's sugar

Directions

  1. cream the butter with the Granulated sugar|Sugar, adding the eggs one by one, then vanilla, wine and rum.
  2. Knead with the flour to get a medium soft dough out of which you shape pretzels.
  3. Place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at medium heat and sprinkle with vanilla flavored powdered sugar|confectioner's sugar while still hot.
