Pretzels I
Recipe Description
In Romanian: Covrigei IIngredients
- 8 oz/250 g flour,
- 5 oz/150 g butter,
- 7 oz/200 g powdered sugar|confectioner's sugar,
- 2 eggs,
- 1/4 cup wine,
- 1/4 cup rum,
- vanilla,
- vanilla flavored powdered sugar|confectioner's sugar
- cream the butter with the Granulated sugar|Sugar, adding the eggs one by one, then vanilla, wine and rum.
- Knead with the flour to get a medium soft dough out of which you shape pretzels.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at medium heat and sprinkle with vanilla flavored powdered sugar|confectioner's sugar while still hot.
