Quick Spanish Couscous Salad

Recipe Description

Makes 3 cups

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup stuffed green olives, sliced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 pinch dried leaf thyme
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 2 cups couscous, cooked

Directions

  1. Stir , tomato, garlic, thyme and oregano into cooked couscous.
  2. Serve hot, warm or cold.
