Rice with Crab Meat

Recipe Description

Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Bacon drippings
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 3/4 pound crab meat (thawed, if frozen)
  • 4 slices crisp-cooked Bacon, crumbled

Directions

  1. Cook celery, Onion and garlic in drippings in large skillet 5 minutes. Add rice and crab meat; heat thoroughly. Serve sprinkled with Bacon.
