Smoked Salmon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • ½ pound smoked salmon thinly sliced
  • 2 ounces red caviar

Directions

  1. Blend softened cream cheese with sour cream then gently fold in caviar and spread salmon slices with mixture then roll up and cut into slices.
  2. Serve chilled.
