Sour Cream Dessert Omelet

Ingredients

  • 2½ dl light whipping cream|whipping cream
  • 2½ dl sour cream|sour heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar|sugar
  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 1¾ dl flour

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C .
  2. Whip the cream and sour cream with half the granulated sugar|sugar.
  3. Beat the egg yolks with the remaining granulated sugar|sugar .
  4. Fold into the cream.
  5. Fold in the flour.
  6. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the cream mixture.
  7. Pour into a greased ovenproof dish and bake until puffed about 15 - 20 minutes.
