Sour Cream Dessert Omelet
Recipe Description
Serves 5Ingredients
- 2½ dl light whipping cream|whipping cream
- 2½ dl sour cream|sour heavy cream
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar|sugar
- 6 eggs, separated
- 1¾ dl flour
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C .
- Whip the cream and sour cream with half the granulated sugar|sugar.
- Beat the egg yolks with the remaining granulated sugar|sugar .
- Fold into the cream.
- Fold in the flour.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the cream mixture.
- Pour into a greased ovenproof dish and bake until puffed about 15 - 20 minutes.
