Spicy Potato n Bread Rolls

Ingredients

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 boiled and peeled potatoes
  • chopped cilantro|coriander leaves
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 4 chopped chile peppers|green chilis
  • 4 sweet pepper|capsicum, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • 1 pint cumin|jeera
  • oil to deep fry the rolls

Directions

  1. Make a mixture of the boiled potatoes, coriander leaves, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, green chilis, chopped sweet pepper|capsicum, salt, red chili powder and cumin|jeera
  2. Make rolls of the mixture and cover them with the bread crumbs
  3. After that, deep fry until golden brown
  4. Serve hot with ketchup!
