Taco Pie I
Recipe Description
Each serving provides: 3 p, 1 b, 20 cIngredients
- 8 canned biscuits
- 1 lbs ground turkey
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp beef stock|beef bouillon granules
- ¾ cup water
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 pack taco seasoning
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Press biscuits in pie pan.
- Saute meat,onion, salt, pepper, taco seasonings, water, tomato paste, and granules.
- Bring to boil and reduce heat to low for 10 minutes.
- Put ½ meat mixture on top of biscuits, then ½ cheese, then repeat.
- Bake at 400 °F.
- For 15 minutes.
