Tofu Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 1 (12.3 oz) pkg extra-firm silken tofu
  • 2 tbls cider vinegar|apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dry sweetner of your choice

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. It will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
