Tofu Mayonnaise
Recipe Description
Always check the ingredients to make sure the product is vegan.Ingredients
- 1 (12.3 oz) pkg extra-firm silken tofu
- 2 tbls cider vinegar|apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp dry sweetner of your choice
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. It will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
