Ugali II

Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn|maize meal (cornmeal)
  • 4 cups water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil in large saucepan.
  2. Stir boiling water as you sprinkle in maizemeal.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes or until it is very thick and smooth, stirring constantly to prevent burning. #Cover saucepan and continue cooking 10 more minutes over very low heat. Serves 6.
