Citrus Avocado Cream

Recipe Description

The official guacamole for Cinco de mayonnaise|mayo!

Ingredients

  • 2 large Hass Avocado|California avocados, peeled
  • 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
  • ½ Cup orange juice
  • ¼ Cup lime juice
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp salt

Directions

Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.

Cover and chill 1 hour. Serve over salad greens, and top with mandarin oranges and avocado slices.
