Yoghurt Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 1 teacup finely chopped paneer (cottage cheese),
- 1 teacup thick fresh yogurt|yoghurt,
- 2 teaspoons chopped Onion,
- 2 teaspoons chopped celery,
- 2 teaspoons chopped sweet pepper|capsicum,
- 2 pinches of chilli powder,
- 1/2 teaspoon salt,
- Cheese crackers,
- cucumber sticks,
- sweet pepper|capsicum sticks and carrot sticks to serve.
- Mix the paneer, yogurt|yoghurt, Onion, celery, sweet pepper|capsicum, chilli powder and salt and chill thoroughly.
- Serve cold with Cheese crackers, cucumber sticks, sweet pepper|capsicum sticks and carrot sticks.
