Nigerian Avocado Dip

Recipe Description

Serve as a dip or a spread with assorted breads and
crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 package silken tofu
  • 2 large avocados, diced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  1. In blender, puree tofu until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, and blend well.
  3. Mixture should be fairly smooth, with small bits of
  4. artichoke.
  5. Put into a small, greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350 F for about 10 - 15 minutes, or until bubbly.
