Belizean Watermelon Juice
Ingredients
- 1 small or 1/2 watermelon (medium size)
- 2-3 large limes and lemons (1/3-1/2 cup) 75-125 ml
- granulated sugar|sugar to taste
- 8-10 cups water to desired consistency
- Wash fruits and cut in half.
- Scoop out red pulp.
- Remove the seeds (opitonal).
- Crush with a clean bottle or a Potato masher or use a blender.
- Add water and lime juice.
- Strain and add Granulated sugar|Sugar to taste. Serve cold.
