Pad Pak Bung
Recipe Description
This is a very delicious Thai recipe. You can make it with either spinach or red orach.Ingredients
- 1½ lbs of greens
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 5 t cooking oil
- 4 - 5 tsp nuoc mam (fish sauce)
- Add greens to boiling water, bring back to boil, and cook until just tender (2 minutes or so).
- Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Squeeze out as much water as you can.
- Chop up very fine.
- Stir-fry the garlic in the oil until it just is getting golden.
- Throw in the greens and fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add the nuoc mam a tsp at a time.
- Serve.
