American Steakhouse Beef


  • 1 (1.5 lbs) trimmed lean boneless beef top sirloin steaks
  • ? cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ? cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • ? cup dry sherry
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar


  1. Place steak in large, shallow dish.
  2. Combine soy sauce and remaining ingredients; pour over steak.
  3. Cover and chill 4 hours.
  4. Drain, discarding marinade.
  5. grill over 400 - 500°F for 10 to 15 minutes on each side.
  6. To serve, slice across the grain into thin slices.
