Amish Custard


  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • instant pudding|instant chocolate pudding


  1. melt butter, add flour and pecans.
  2. Spread mixture in bottom of a cake pan.
  3. Make pudding.
  4. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and nondairy topping|Cool Whip.
  5. Cook crust at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  6. Let cool.
  7. Layer mixtures on crust.
  8. Top with nondairy topping|Cool Whip.
