Bourbon Chicken

- 4 large boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cube margarine melted
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 3 oz bourbon
- Put chicken in greased 9x12 baking dish.
- Mix soups and cheese together,pour over chicken.
- Pour melted margarine over soup mix.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs over soup mix, pour bourbon over crumbs.
- Bake 350°F, 1-1½ hrs depending on thickness of chicken.
