Crab Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 450 g (1 lb) crab meat
  • 1 diced cucumber
  • 4 skinned and cubed tomatoes
  • 110 g (4 oz) conchiglie|pasta shells, cooked
  • 1 shredded lettuce
  • cucumber and lemon slices to garnish

Directions

  1. Mix together the lemon juice, mayonnaise and yogurt.
  2. Combine the dressing with the remaining ingredients except the lettuce.
  3. Serve the crab salad on a bed of shredded lettuce, garnished with cucumber and lemon slices, accompanied with brown bread and butter.
