Farine

Ingredients

  • ½ cup or 8 tbsp cassava (ground) 125ml
  • 2 cups water 500 ml
  • 1 tbsp margarine 15 ml
  • 3 tbsp dark brown sugar 45 ml
  • 6 tbsp dried whole powdered milk|milk powder 90 ml
  • pinch salt

Directions

  1. Dissolve dried milk powder in ½ cup water.
  2. Mix cassava with remaining 1½ cups water.
  3. Stir until smooth.
  4. In a medium saucepan bring to a boil (low heat).
  5. When thicken, add margarine and milk (cool).
  6. Serve from a bowl with spoon.
