Fat-free Knaidlach

Recipe Description

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs (separated)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup matzo meal

Directions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff, add beaten yolks.
  2. Fold in matzo meal and salt into eggs.
  3. Bring 4 quarts
