Honey Scones

Ingredients

  • 200 g honey
  • 3 dl water
  • 1 kg rye flour

Directions

  1. Mix the water, rye flour, and honey and knead them all will hands.
  2. Make dough, allow it stand for 2 hours.
  3. Now shape them to form small scones.
  4. Bake these scones in preheated oven, until their color changes to golden brown.
  5. Serve with milk.
