Mexican Snack Squares

Ingredients

  • 2 x 8 oz cans of crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 x 16 oz can of refried beans
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning mix
  • 6 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped green onion
  • ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced black olive|ripe olives
  • salsa

Directions

  1. Heat Oven to 375°F.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough into 4 long rectangles.
  3. Place cross-wise in ungreased 15x10x1 inch pan; Press over the bottom and up the sides to form a crust. Firmly press perforations together to seal.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown and allow to cool completely.
  5. Spread the refried beans over the crust to within about ½ inch of the edges.
  6. In a small bowl, combine sour cream and taco seasoning and mix well.
  7. Spread sour cream mixture over the refried beans.
  8. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, onions, peppers, tomatoes and .
  9. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
  10. Cut into squares and serve with salsa.
