Potato Rolls

Ingredients

  • 10 potatoes
  • 50 g fat
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • oil to fry

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes and grate finely, squeeze out the juice and combine with salt and chopped fat.
  2. Shape small rounds and fry in oil.
  3. Serve hot with fried chopped onion.
