Potato Rolls
Ingredients
- 10 potatoes
- 50 g fat
- 1 onion
- salt
- oil to fry
- Peel potatoes and grate finely, squeeze out the juice and combine with salt and chopped fat.
- Shape small rounds and fry in oil.
- Serve hot with fried chopped onion.
