  • 2 Hass Avocado|California avocados, seeded and peeled
  • 8 slices each prosciutto and smoked salmon
  • Fresh lemon or lime

Directions

  1. Cut each avocado into 8 slices.
  2. Diagonally wrap each with a prosciut
