Ingredients

  • 200 g (7 oz) smoked salmon slices, or as much as you can afford
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • 4 thin slices brown bread, buttered and cut into triangles

Directions

  1. Arrange the smoked salmon onto 4 plates.
  2. Garnish with a lemon wedge and brown bread triangles.
