Zimmes from Pears
Ingredients
- 1 kg fresh pears
- 3 tbsp butter
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup honey
- Wash pears, peel off, cut into 4 parts and core.
- In a stew pan, put pears, pour over water, add honey and butter and stew on low heat until done.
