Belizean Tossed Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head fresh lettuce (local or imported)
  • 2 stalks celery (chopped small)
  • 1 large firm tomatoes (cut small)
  • 1 cucumber (cut small)
  • 1 medium carrot (chopped small)
  • vinegar to taste

Directions

  1. Tear lettuce leaves. Prepare other vegetables.
  2. Put into a bowl. Toss.
  3. Add vinegar/oil or any of your favourte dressing.
