Cherry Jubilee Salad
Ingredients
- 2 packages cherry Jell-O
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 cup crushed pineapples, drained
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Dissolve Jello in boiling water; Add cherry filling and let set until firm in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Mix crushed pineapple, cream cheese and nuts.
- Spread over firm jello.
- Cut into squares to serve.
