Chicken-Rice Casserole

Makes 6 servingsIngredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1½ cups 6 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- ½ cup sliced green onions
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Combine rice, chicken, ¾ cup cheese and onions.
- Combine milk, eggs and salt in small bowl.
- Pour rice mixture into greased 2-quart baking dish; top with egg mixture. Bake at 350 °F for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Top with remaining ¾ cup cheese.
- Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
