Cornmeal Pie
Recipe Description
Purchased from the Wantier Estate in Balch Springs, Texas in 1988. Dated 1914.Ingredients
- 3 egg egg yolk|yolks
- 4 tablespoons corn meal
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar|sugar
- 1 cup salted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Cook all ingredients in a double boiler until thick.
