Crayfish Butter

In Romanian: Unt cu raciIngredients
- 7 oz/200 g butter,
- 25 Crayfish,
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste,
- salt
- Boil the Crayfish in salt water.
- When they are boiled and cooled, get the meaty parts , grind or chop them fine and then mix with butter, salt and a teaspoon tomato paste.
- Mix until creamy. Refrigerate until serving.
