Crayfish Butter

Recipe Description

In Romanian: Unt cu raci


  • 7 oz/200 g butter,
  • 25 Crayfish,
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste,
  • salt


  1. Boil the Crayfish in salt water.
  2. When they are boiled and cooled, get the meaty parts , grind or chop them fine and then mix with butter, salt and a teaspoon tomato paste.
  3. Mix until creamy. Refrigerate until serving.
