Farina Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp soft butter
  • 4 eggs
  • farina
  • ½ tsp salt

Directions

  1. But a pot of water on to boil.
  2. Mix the soft butter, salt and the 4 eggs well.
  3. Add farina ¼ cup at a time till you have a dumpling dough consistency. Thick, not runny.
  4. Then add a little water for moisture.
  5. When the water boils, cut the dumplings into the water with a tablespoon.
  6. When they come to the top, cook about 5 minutes more.
  7. Drain and arrange on meat platter.
  8. Keep warm.
