Green Beans with Omelette

Recipe Description

In Romanian: Fasole verde cu omleta.


  • 2 lbs / 1 kg green beans
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt


  1. Clean, wash and boil the green beans in salt water.
  2. Drain and arrange uniformly into a heat resistant dish drizzled with melted butter.
  3. Pour the beaten eggs mixed with the sour cream and flour.
  4. Bake until the omelette is done. Serve in the same dish you baked this in.
