Ham pudding

Recipe Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter,
  • 1 cup milk,
  • 3 tablespoons flour,
  • 5 eggs,
  • 7 oz/200 g Ham,
  • salt,
  • bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Beat the flour with the milk, add the butter and set to boil stirring continuously. Let boil until the mixture comes off the pot walls.
  2. Let cool, add the yolks one by one, mix, add the chopped Ham, then the whipped egg whites. Pour the mixture in a buttered and bread crumbed pan and let bake. Serve warm.
