Ham pudding

- 3 tablespoons butter,
- 1 cup milk,
- 3 tablespoons flour,
- 5 eggs,
- 7 oz/200 g Ham,
- salt,
- bread crumbs
- Beat the flour with the milk, add the butter and set to boil stirring continuously. Let boil until the mixture comes off the pot walls.
- Let cool, add the yolks one by one, mix, add the chopped Ham, then the whipped egg whites. Pour the mixture in a buttered and bread crumbed pan and let bake. Serve warm.
