Israeli Vegetable Salad
Recipe Description
Serves approximately 4.Ingredients
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 2 fresh green bell pepper|green peppers
- 1 to 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 lg. cucumbers
- 1/2 sm. Onion
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- Dice all vegetables into 1/2 inch cubes or smaller.
- Put them into a salad bowl.
- Add the oil and pepper.
- Let stand at room temperature at least 1/2 hour before serving.
