Israeli Vegetable Salad

Recipe Description

Serves approximately 4.

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • 2 fresh green bell pepper|green peppers
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 lg. cucumbers
  • 1/2 sm. Onion
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Dice all vegetables into 1/2 inch cubes or smaller.
  2. Put them into a salad bowl.
  3. Add the oil and pepper.
  4. Let stand at room temperature at least 1/2 hour before serving.
