JAMAICAN JERK CHICKEN BREASTS

Ingredients

  • 4 lg Chicken breasts
  • jerk marinade

Directions

  1. Prepare breasts and remove skin if desired. Marinade Chicken for 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator.
  2. Preheat oven to 275F. Place Chicken on shallow pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove Chicken from oven and place immediately on hot grill.
  4. Grill for 5 minutes on each side, or until the skin is crispy.
