Crab Meat Kekaguen

Ingredients

  • 1 bag surimi|artificial crab meat, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 - 4 chile pepper|hot peppers (can be eliminated if desired)
  • 2 - 3 lemons, squeezed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Placed crab meat, onion, and lemon juice in a medium size bowl and thoroughly mixed by hand.
  2. Add salt and pepper to desired taste.
  3. Add chile pepper|hot peppers if desired.
