Leftover Pasta Frittata
Ingredients
- 3 eggs whites
- 1 each Leftover Pasta
- 1 each Seasonings to taste
- Mix up 3 or so eggs whites, beat lightly pour over pasta , dump in a hot frying pan pammed lightly and fry up like an omlette.
