Lobster Roll
Recipe Description

- 1 Lb. of lobster meat,
- 1/2 cup of finely diced celery
- Juice of 1/2 of a lemon
- 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper ( white ) Black works if your out of white)
- Toasted hot dog buns
- Mix all ingredients together
- Divide lobster mix to fill hot dog buns ( toasting them makes it better)
