Malaysian coconut riceIngredients
- 2 cups of rice
- 3½ cups of coconut milk
- 1 stalk of lemongrass|lemon grass
- 1 inch piece of ginger|fresh ginger
- salt, to taste
- Bring coconut milk to a slight boil in a non-stick pan.
- Add rice, salt and lemongrass|lemon grass and cover cook for about 10 minutes on a medium flame till liquid dries up and rice is cooked through.
