Oatmeal Crisp Mango Fruit Cup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 cups rolled oats|old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 1 cup bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup Apples, sliced
  • 1 cup grapes, red, seedless
  • 1 cup mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350'. In a small saucepan, bring to boil 1/2 cup water. Add honey, oil and vanilla; mix well and remove from heat. In a large bowl, combine Oats and cinnamon, then gradually stir in honey mixture until Oats are well coated. Place oat mixture in ungreased 15x10x2 inch baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and stir well. Reduce heat to 275' and return to oven baking 1 to 11/2 hours or until toasted and crisp, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool, toss with Raisins and set aside. Combine bananas, Apples grapes and mangos. Toss with cinnamon. Divide evenly between 8 pudding cups and top with rolled oats|oatmeal crisp
