Passover Muffins
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 cup matzo meal
- ? cup matzo cake meal
- 4 tbsp oil
- Beat eggs well with salt.
- Add milk.
- Add rest.
- Pour into greased tins and notes : these are savory, rather than sweet.
