Passover Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 cup matzo meal
  • ? cup matzo cake meal
  • 4 tbsp oil

Directions

  1. Beat eggs well with salt.
  2. Add milk.
  3. Add rest.
  4. Pour into greased tins and notes : these are savory, rather than sweet.
