Pot Cheese and Noodles

Ingredients

  • noodles
  • butter or margerin
  • Cheese or farmers Cheese or feta Cheese
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Double batch of either noodles
  2. Fry in pot in butter or margarine|margerine, 1 stick
  3. Add 2 lbs pot Cheese or farmers Cheese or feta Cheese (cottage cheese will work too)
  4. Mix, heat, salt & pepper to taste.
