Rissoles in Eastern Style
Ingredients
- 1 kg lamb
- 150 g onion
- 60 g melted butter
- parsley green
- ground pepper
- salt
- Grind lamb and onion in a mincer, add salt, pepper and stir through.
- Shape small balls and fry on average heat in butter until done.
