Recipe Description
A Romanian cookie called Pesmeciori perisoare.Ingredients
- 1 cup melted butter,
- 1 cup water,
- 2 cups flour,
- 8 eggs, vanilla or a little grated lemon peel
- Set the water to boil with the butter.
- When it starts bubbling, immediately remove from heat and quickly add the flour, then the 8 eggs one by one and vanilla, all without stopping the stirring.
- Let cool and then either with your hands or a teaspoon, shape into balls and place them on a baking sheet leaving lots of distance among them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
