Scrambled eggs with ham

In Romanian: Oua jumari cu sunca

Ingredients

    For one person:
  • 2 eggs,
  • 2 oz/50 g Ham/bologna,
  • 2 tablespoons milk,
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lard,
  • salt

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs, mix with the milk and salt. Fry the cubed Ham in a little lard.
  2. Pour the beaten eggs in the pan, over the Ham.
  3. Mix gently with the fork until the eggs are done.
  4. You may replace the Ham with bologna. Serve immediately.
