Scrambled Eggs, Transylvania-style
Recipe Description
In Romanian: Oua jumari preparate ardeleneste. For one person.Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 oz / 80 g slab smoked bacon
- salt
- Cut the bacon to make some indentations in it. Fry well on all sides.
- When it starts to become crispy, pour the beaten eggs with the salt, mix with the fork and serve immediately.
