Scrambled Eggs, Transylvania-style

Recipe Description

In Romanian: Oua jumari preparate ardeleneste. For one person.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 oz / 80 g slab smoked bacon
  • salt

Directions

  1. Cut the bacon to make some indentations in it. Fry well on all sides.
  2. When it starts to become crispy, pour the beaten eggs with the salt, mix with the fork and serve immediately.
