Scrambled eggs

Recipe Description

In Romanian: Oua jumari

Ingredients

    For one person:
  • 2 eggs,
  • 2 tablespoons milk,
  • 1 teaspoon butter or lard,
  • salt

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs until foamy, mix with the milk and salt and pour into the hot butter or lard in the pan. Keep stirring lightly with the fork.
  2. Do not overfry. Serve immediately.
