Scrambled eggs
Recipe Description

- For one person:
- 2 eggs,
- 2 tablespoons milk,
- 1 teaspoon butter or lard,
- salt
- Beat the eggs until foamy, mix with the milk and salt and pour into the hot butter or lard in the pan. Keep stirring lightly with the fork.
- Do not overfry. Serve immediately.
