Adobong Kangkong


  • 1 cup Vinegar, Cider
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Rock Salt
  • 1 kg. Water spinach|Kangkong, approximately
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 cup Pork, chopped
  • 1 cup water


  1. Wash and drain Water spinach|Kangkong tops (use okra or green bean|string beans as substitutes).
  2. Sauté Garlic, Pepper, Onion & Pork until brown.
  3. Add water and simmer until meat is tender.
  4. Add water spinach|kangkong and soy.
  5. Add Vinegar when Water spinach|Kangkong is cooked.
