Beer Cheese Bread
Ingredients
- 1 pack yeast
- 3 cup bread flour
- 1 tbsp Granulated sugar|Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 10 oz beer, at room temperature
- 4 oz Processed American cheese (2 slices)
- 4 oz jack cheese, or any other (cut in ¼" cubes)
- Warm beer and American cheese over low heat on top of stove or in microwave.
- Cheese doesn"t need to melt completely.
- Stir.
- Add all ingredients listed, per bread machine basic loaf instructions. Select white bread and push start.
