Beer Cheese Bread


  • 1 pack yeast
  • 3 cup bread flour
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar|Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 10 oz beer, at room temperature
  • 4 oz Processed American cheese (2 slices)
  • 4 oz jack cheese, or any other (cut in ¼" cubes)


  1. Warm beer and American cheese over low heat on top of stove or in microwave.
  2. Cheese doesn"t need to melt completely.
  3. Stir.
  4. Add all ingredients listed, per bread machine basic loaf instructions. Select white bread and push start.
